As im sure all of you already know, the Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival is on right now!! The annual festival held in Harbin, a small town in north east China, has been 'chillin' since 1985, and this year's exhibition is really 'cool.'
They make a whole town made out of ice, and then at night they light it all up.
